On October 2nd 2007 the magazine What HIFI and SOUND and VISION held their yearly award show in London. At the show the DALI IKON® 6, 5.1 speaker system received the prestigious WHAT HIFI SOUND AND VISION AWARD for the best speaker package in the price range £1500 - £3000.
This is second time in a row the IKON® 6, 5.1 system is labeled “Product of the year”. Therefore it was a proud Mr. Alan Porter from DALI UK, who received the award statuette at the show.
Actually it all started late 2005, where IKON® 6 won the WHAT HI-FI? for best stereo speakers in the price range £750 - £1000. During 2006, the subwoofer, center channel and on-wall speakers were added to the IKON® Series - which made the 2006 award possible.
