The lower 6.5" driver handles all frequencies up to 700 Hz, while the upper one is in charge of bass and midrange information all the way to where it crosses over to the 1” soft dome tweeter. This co-operation between the twin woofer/midranges results in extremely articulate and tuneful bass and well-balanced sound reproduction.
