Warranty policy

The warranty on your DALI product is managed by your local dealer. If you have questions about your warranty, service, and repair, or using your DALI product, please contact your local DALI dealer and they will help you.

Please note that all warranty issues should be addressed to your local dealer. This is also the case for inquiries in relation to associated hi-fi equipment.

Warranty & Consumer Rights in EU

Always contact your local dealer for details. Under EU law, all products sold to consumers come with a minimum 2-year statutory guarantee. This covers repair, replacement, or refund if the product is defective at the time of delivery.

Covers defects such as damages to the finish at the time of purchase and functional defects. This excludes accidental damage and normal wear and tear.

How to Claim

  1. Contact your place of purchase/local dealer.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt) and description of the issue.

  3. Follow the instructions for repair, replacement, or refund given by the dealer.
