VIP session launches the day

The event began with an exclusive morning session. Visitors were treated to a concise yet comprehensive programme of presentations in an intimate and focused setting.

The content of the morning session reflected the full programme that would later also be presented during the evening event.

One of the highlights was an in-depth demonstration of the flagship DALI KORE, driven by four NAD M23 power amplifiers in combination with the NAD M66 streaming pre-amplifier. This reference-level setup delivered extraordinary control, scale and transparency, allowing guests to experience the full performance potential of DALI’s ultimate loudspeaker system.

The new DALI SONIK 7 was demonstrated with the new NAD C 3030, presenting an impressive balance of musicality, precision and accessibility within a modern, compact configuration.

A major highlight was the fully integrated 16-channel DALI Cinema system, built entirely around the DALI PHANTOM S series and configured as follows:

Front and surround channels:

• 3 × PHANTOM S-280

• 4 × PHANTOM S-180

• 2 × PHANTOM S-80

Height channels:

• 6 × PHANTOM M-80 A for Dolby Atmos

Low-frequency reinforcement:

• 2 × DALI V-16 F cinema subwoofers, certified THX® Certified Dominus

• 4 × PHANTOM S-100 in-wall subwoofers, configurable within the system

Amplification:

• 4 × PHANTOM CI AMP-4750 DSP amplifiers delivering up to 750 watts per channel

• 1 × PHANTOM CI AMP-2500 DSP dedicated to the S-100 subwoofers

The cinema was presented by Daryl Tapilawatim, Sales Representative for Custom Installation in the Benelux. He personally designed and built the entire cinema installation from start to finish. His explanation of the technical architecture, integration strategy and acoustic optimisation provided valuable insight into the strength and flexibility of DALI’s Custom Installation solutions.

Guests enjoyed high-quality catering in a relaxed yet professional atmosphere.

Busy evening programme and live music finale

The evening session welcomed more than one hundred registered guests, creating a lively and energetic atmosphere throughout the showroom.

The presentations mirrored the morning programme, ensuring that all attendees received the same comprehensive introduction to the latest DALI, NAD and Bluesound developments. Initially delivered in a structured carousel format, groups rotated through the demonstration rooms in an organised manner.

As the evening progressed, the format transitioned into a more flexible open setting. This allowed guests to revisit specific rooms, engage in deeper technical discussions and experience additional demonstrations at their own pace.

Dinner was served, and the atmosphere evolved into an open and dynamic environment while maintaining strong engagement across all product categories.

The highlight of the evening came when internationally renowned Dutch saxophonist Candy Dulfer delivered an intimate live performance for approximately 60 remaining guests. Known for collaborations with artists including Prince and Van Morrison, Dulfer’s energetic and expressive set provided a memorable close to the formal programme.

Following the performance, guests were invited to an exclusive meet-and-greet session. Attendees received a complimentary signed LP or CD, offering a personal and lasting reminder of the evening.

The grand opening of the renewed DALI Benelux showroom was widely regarded as a clear success. Strong attendance, enthusiastic engagement and overwhelmingly positive feedback from customers and partners alike confirmed the showroom’s position as a reference destination for both high-end Hi-Fi and advanced Custom Installation solutions in the region.
