SPONSOR
The DALI Speakers KATCH G2 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by DALI Speakers, a division of Lenbrook Industries, located at 633 Granite Court, Pickering, Ontario, L1W 3K1 (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any other company or platform.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of Canada and the United States, excluding regions where giveaways are restricted or prohibited. Entrants must be the age of majority in their province, state, or country of residence at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules.
GIVEAWAY DATES
The Giveaway begins on March 2nd at 12:00 AM EST and ends on March 31st, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
HOW TO ENTER
Enter by completing the online form at the official giveaway link.
Limit one entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries will be void.
By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from DALI Speakers.
The Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete entries, technical malfunctions, or any issues beyond its control.
PRIZES
One winner will each receive one DALI Speakers KATCH G2.
Approximate retail value per prize: $750 CAD.
Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers.
Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
ODDS OF WINNING
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Winner will be contacted via email only.
We will never request personal information through social media or direct messages.
Selected winners must respond within 24 hours or an alternate winner may be chosen.
A skill-testing question may be required where legally applicable.
Proof of eligibility may also be requested.
RELEASE & INDEMNIFICATION
By accepting a prize, winners release the Sponsor and all affiliated parties from any claims or liabilities related to participation or prize use. Entrants agree to indemnify the Sponsor against claims resulting from their entry or the prize.
OTHER CONDITIONS
Participation constitutes consent for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited and subject to all applicable laws.
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time.
All Giveaway-related intellectual property belongs exclusively to the Sponsor.
